Inside the Marymede Early Learning Centre

Marymede Early Learning Centre is a brand new purpose built facility that is located on the grounds of Marymede Catholic College, strategically situated next to the Prep House. It encompasses two state of the art, spacious classrooms which have been designed to provide children with a contemporary and nurturing learning environment. Each classroom is fitted with innovative furniture and equipment, designed to enhance the learning experience for all children.

The expansive outdoor play area has been aesthetically designed and focuses on providing children with space to play, whilst promoting interactive learning as they explore and discover their outdoor environment. The area includes a food garden that enables children to become involved in environmentally sustainable practices. Children are able to further develop their gross motor skills on the sheltered outdoor play equipment, whilst a ‘quiet space’ is nestled amongst a music garden to stimulate reflection and wonder. Also featured is a sandpit, a bike/walking track, mountain hides and a cubby house; creating an outdoor learning environment guaranteed to promote curiosity and learning.
