Marymede Catholic College is a vibrant and aspirational Catholic Prep to Year 12 co-educational school, serving the parishes of St Francis of Assisi (Mill Park and South Morang) and Christ the Light (Doreen, Kinglake, Mernda and Whittlesea).
Founded in 2006 and governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), our College has a strong Catholic identity and a deep commitment to educational excellence.
In 2025, Marymede Catholic College will educate over 2,500 students across two campuses: our established Prep–Year 12 campus in South Morang (opened in 2006), and our growing Year 7–12 campus in Doreen, (which opened in 2024 and continues to expand each year). Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools also offer high-quality early learning through the Marymede Early Learning Centres, providing 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten programs at both our South Morang and Doreen campuses.
We are also proud to host a campus of St Mary’s College for the Deaf at South Morang, promoting inclusive education and a shared commitment to every child’s success.
Our College motto, In the way of Mary, guides everything we do. Just as Mary helped others come to know and follow Jesus, we support our students to grow in faith, character and purpose.
