Our Four Key Directions
In 2022, the College undertook a reflective, College-wide process involving students, staff, and families to refine our Mission, Vision, and Values.
From this process emerged four Key Directions that will guide our work in the years ahead. Each is championed by a Deputy Principal to ensure strong leadership and momentum at every level of the College.

With Mary as our model, we meet Christ in everyday moments to be courageous, compassionate and of service to others. By fostering connections that reflect Christ’s teachings our students create meaningful impact within and beyond our community

Through proactive wellbeing approaches we foster self-acceptance, personal growth, resilience and respectful relationships. We celebrate diversity, cultivate a growth mindset, and empower student voice in goal-setting for achievement. Through restorative responses and proactive wellbeing strategies, we equip students to navigate challenges and thrive in an inclusive, supportive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.

We intentionally differentiate learning for the growth and achievement of all. We give voice and agency to students, parents and teachers as we set ambitious goals for the growth of each student.. Data-driven teaching and personalised support foster innovation, confidence, and lifelong learning.
